See...cooking/ baking options adds a hole new adventure and is a valuable skill...I just feel better avoiding all the salt/ sugar laden store bough foods....plus, the cost savings is the bonus. Stores sell smaller portions, added preservatives, and some unknown ingredients..
I am an avid Costoc gal...

Good flour prices at Costco. And if you throw in a bit of cooked oatmeal it makes the dough more chewy.

i agree. i grew up w/ my grandparents close bakery that was the best. plus the people who had it after dobke's retired.
