I hear my sister and hope she is able to hang in there. One can hope that this inadvertent '15 minutes' coverage will jump start a career shift.

The "Practice Pointers and Preferences" memo remark was striking. If a judge is going to the trouble of telling you how to present a case in their court (!) who in hades is going to ignore that and just wing it? I didn't know that was even a thing, and now that I do, its rather mind boggling.
