Sure, but equally probable. Stop imagining Trump is omnipotent. He's sinking in public polls, we're on track to win the House and possibly pick up some Senate seats. At that point we have greater ability to limit him further, and he's a lame duck who isn't going to suddenly have a surge in popularity from doing something great after the midterms because he's incapable of doing something great.
