The Cuban Missle Crisis was my first National/World crisis I was 9 yrs old. And living in NYC the #2 target after DC!

Don't forget the assassinations! 😱 😭

Thanks goodness, I've had/have a lot serious interests that take me away from the upset, even if it does return. Mental health hours, days - I took a "No News Day" off yesterday. It was wonderful! 👍
