A lolcow is usually a celebrity, probably an influencer or streamer, whose actions or statements are such that not only are they easy to make fun of, but they react to criticism in a way that leaves them even easier to make fun of. The idea is that you milk the lolcow for lols. That is you provoke them in a way that they double down on whatever you’re criticizing them for. It’s a person susceptible to continuous online bullying by like minded individuals often because they are unaware of how odd or wrong their words and actions are?
