should be unConstitutional.

I'm all for free speech, but US governments should not be able to evade the First Amendment by inducing corporations, via negative or positive incentives or measures, to do the censorship for them.

If you hire a hit man to murder someone, you're culpable of murder. The same should be true of Constitutional violations.
