2. Illustrations are a lost art.

Yesterday

They provide a message in one, single image. Photography can only go so far. It takes an artist to combine a 1,000 word statement into one, strong, clear image that does not require much of an explanation. It goes directly to one idea/concept without confusion or study by the viewer.

I am prejudiced since I was a trained illustrator.
