They’re just trying to make it prettier for the cameras. After all, an LRAD doesn’t generate the same visuals as CBP goons with “Less lethal weapons” and ICE shooting innocent civilians in cold blood. And the deafened and traumatized people don’t show up until weeks later.

Bad guy/Good Guy. Interchangeable monsters doing the same dirty work. Don’t let your guard down!
