35. Is he one of the criminals we got in some trade with Venezuela?

For all we know, this guy is one of the very "illegals" they are supposed to be deporting. Instead it's who knows who's making up this group of thugs called ICE.

They aren't legit. ICE is a Rouge op out for their cash bounty. The worst of the worst.
