it is now an "equitable" division. It has changed in the past 50 years from being a community property state.
The description of the "Equitable" seems to be a much fairer solution in all reality.

Thx for helping me out with the knowledge LL.....

It used to be an automatic in Colorado that the woman got the kids, but now that is much fairer also....
