And then all the but ... but ... but if only Kamala had said something different on "The View" or gone on Seth Rogan's show. If only Hillary had held one more rally in Wisconsin or hadn't been paid for a speech. If only they hadn't talked about Trump too much or talked about him enough. If only they made cheap populist promises they knew nobody could keep. Or rejected all campaign contributions except $27 in pennies.
