Far worse - more careless and venally stupid - than the Plebs they have to convince themselves they're better than because they got money.

There's rich and powerful folks, and their enablers, on that list who are really no better than feeble junkies that live in trash strewn alcoves off alleys.
The only difference is they or their parents might have stole their great wealth legally instead of begging or scamming the occasional coins or dollar bills.

*Rump doesn't care anymore. He's pretty much living in his own world.
But there's still a lot of really wealthy power brokers who continue to profit off their "reputations" who do care if they're on the list or not.
