patients to their beds, and terrifying patients. Many are skipping appointments, missing exams, medical treatment etc. out of fear.

The reports are coming from Facebook (I don't use FB) and Instagram (ditto) accounts. There's a video interview with a witness, and claims three cases are confirmed, but no link. Apparently, Native Americans are no strangers to this sort of treatment, and refer to it as a "traditional" practice of law "'enforcement".
