1. Homan knows how to run deportation operation the right way. Don't like him but he's done it before

Me thinks the administration has him by the skivvies on that bribe or even worse. He will end up being one of many patsy's that will go down even if they exit with a pardon (which is why many of the "generals" across the board are so embolden). It is the way they roll.
