17. Since it's the Kennedy Center by law, isn't putting Trump's name up there vandalism?

And why is it that ANYbody would be okay with breaking the law and slapping his name up there? Is it only the military that is supposed to not follow unlawful orders? I thought ALL citizens were supposed to follow and uphold the law.
