Yes, the case that went to the USSC that legitimized state-sponsored vasectomies and tubal ligations to ensure that the wrong people could not reproduce. You know, sterilize them. Against the wills of the victims. Without telling them what was happening.

And the case has not been overturned. It can be regenerated if, say, a state like Florida, wanted to bring it back.
