Nosferatu and Naught tell it what to do, and tell Cheung (AKA the Thumbhead of Yucca Flats) what to post on social media under its name. The others are just ground-level chaos monkeys. While I'm confident they believe otherwise, I can't accept that Patel or Bondi or even Hegseth wields any real influence; their destiny lies under the bus.

The question is, who gives orders to Miller and Voght? There's always some shitweasel who stays off the publicly-visible chain of command.
