I was just thinking that when the war crimes trial is held, that quote

“He wants to keep on blowing boats up until Maduro cries uncle. And people way smarter than me on that say that he will.”

That's an overt act of war, not just the usual CIA fun and games regime change game.

may prompt some testimony under oath from the (soon to be former) Chief of Staff.
