referencing them in their position. Even President G.W. Bush was President Bush out of respect for the office, if not the man. Trump is Trump not President ______.

Note: I may refer to the "LBJ era" or the "Nixon years", etc. but when I speak or write in terms where the title should be appropriate such as, "...when President Johnson or President Nixon", I use the honorific.

Not for Trump. Not anymore. Did so, largely out of habit, during his first term. Not this term.
