"Offloading the risks" isn't making the risks disappear.

Just means a bunch of lesser known corps and paper legal entities will be taking it on instead.

If things go south, the big boys will wipe their hands of it and the crash will happen in the shadows. Meanwhile, the industrial sector will go into the shitter with a bunch of single use white elephants waiting for some kind of repurposing.
