...of the liquor lobby. Mitch McConnell was essentially responsible for the loophole in the farm bill that's allowed Delta-9 to be openly sold. Thanks to the boycotts of bourbon, he became the guy closed that loophole at the expense of the hemp growers in his state, which is among the largest hemp producers.
