If the FBI is not actively investigating these attackers, and prosecutions to follow, there is no longer any guarantee of any form of rule of law.
The pardon power MUST be restricted.
The law schools need to be rescinding law credentials as well as the State and Federal Bar (if there is one) revoking law licenses. Let's start with the corrupt six.
