Gathering that kind of data and communicating it would be incredibly time consuming. I don't see anyway that someone would want to do that for basic visitors visa. That would be a lot even if you wanted to apply for a green card.

Meanwhile, hackers everywhere are salivating for what can be learned from a single data breach.
