make it so his name isnt on any public building road or facility. and if it is it must be removed before they can get dollar one. and if a state tries to name something after him take away any federal money used for that facility. if its an airport for example make the entity nameing it after him cover the costs fro the TSA,air traffic controllers,everything. if its a road then no federal highway funds for it. if its a building then no money for anything associated with teh building.
