6. Other than the 14th Amendment being pretty clear, it's an EO trying to set laws

The court will not rule on birth right. It will rule on the overreach of the executive order.

If there was actual legislation that tried to create this law, I think the SC would go out of their way to change the interpretation if the 14th amendment.
