... which highlighted the depths of Alisa Rosenbaum's hypocrisy.
Republicans loved her many still do because she was Russian expatriate who extolled the "virtues" of predatory capitalism at the height of the Cold War. One of her acolytes, one Alan Greenspan, went on to helm the Federal Reserve, as well as to serve as an advisor to Gerald Ford and other Republican politicians.
Her poisonous influence has waned, but it will be a while before it is finally bulldozed to the bottom of history's manure pile, and mercifully forgotten.
