it's called orthostatic hypotension. Get up much more slowly, ground before taking a step. There is also a medication called Midodrine that will help correct the issue. I'm so sorry you fell and broke your body. During Mr. WT's last fall he broke his neck. Do be so careful. I hope you find a resolution to your issue. Get well soon
