Stop, search, incarcerate crew if drugs found, boat/cargo brought into port under the guns of the USCG

Edited to add: US doesn't get information on the cartel bosses or even the organization from guys blown up at sea. Taking the traffickers into custody makes it possible to get the names of the 'bigger fish' up the distribution chain.

What this administration is doing is making propaganda porn for their dwindling MAGA fools.
