Rep.Nicole Collier (D-Fort Worth) raises a fist as she greets supporters from inside the House Chamber at the Texas Capitol Tuesday. Rep. Collier spent the night on the House floor and has not left the Chamber after refusing to have a DPS escort in order to do so.
