General Discussion

In Michigan, more than most any other state, people know Canadians. I've been to Ontario several dozen different times. I have friends that live there still wo I keep in some contact with.

I told them that if Trump gets a 2nd term, he will almost certainly try to annex part of Canada. SO when he started talking about Canada becoming part of the US, my inbox filled with concerned Canadian friends' messages. "Is he serious?" "We will fight..." etc. etc.

Trump is a danger to everyone, especially our neighbors. He doesn't consider anyone an ally unless that alliance personally benefits him (not benefits America necessarily). It's going to get worse, he's going to try to influence and control Canadian politics more and more.
