Russia’s population is in serious decline and Putin also wants to destroy the next generation of Ukrainians as well as their culture.

But putin is a pedophile like Epstein and Trump.
And involved in sex and drug trafficking.
So some of those kidnapped were sent to the sex ring network most likely.

Just like we still have not located all the children Trump kidnapped in his first term. Gone to the sex trade I believe.
