Some years back a couple of people died in Los Angeles from young *holes dropping rocks on cars from a freeway overpass. So yes, you would get arrested for that.

But I’ve seen the vid of this arrest, and when I got the sound turned on I could actually hear the crunch of car hitting car, while the visual made clear it was a deliberate action on the part of the cops.
