Geniuses dont fail spectacularly time after time.
Example: I was once in a severe car accident with a person I suspected was of genius level. Both of us suffered head injuries.
When it came time to collect damages from the court from the person who caused the accident, there were no IQ level tests to show the court that the person I was with had indeed suffered a loss due to brain injury.
The court looked at his record of success in business. Upon researching further, I found that success in an endeavor is indeed one measurement of IQ, or at least the courts looked at it that way at one time. This was in the mid 90s.
Note: this person worked in a field where his job performance was measured analytically.
