21. Maybe, maybe, Rep. Miller, that's why you shouldn't open a session in Congress

with prayers or readings from ANY religion. If you simply cannot start your duties without some sort of expression of cultic devotion, then confine it to the Pledge of Allegiance or the preamble to the Constitution.
