Both SpaceX and Starlink… especially after Muskrat decided to get involved in global politics and terminated Ukraine’s drone attack on Russian ships.

Since those ship’s were later used to attack Ukrainian cities, hundreds (if not thousands) of civilian deaths could have been prevented.
