General Discussion

The Conservative mindset is that addicts are a drain and each time one dies they see it as a benefit to society. They only care if it's someone they love, otherwise they get a charge when they hear about people dying from ODs. It's a political football to them, but Cons would really be fine if anyone who tried drugs faced death.
