The reason why ICE goons have to wear a mask while arresting and detaining people WITHOUT DUE PROCESS, including people who are LIVING HERE LEGALLY, and terrifying families and children, is that if they didn't wear a mask, you might be able to identify them. THAT'S THE "DEFENSE."
