17. A rat will run up a broomstick when there is no other place to go.

All those rats that have stained their careers with Trump have to realize that they are persona non grata anywhere. Trump has them in a corner and he is striking all around them with that broomstick. He thinks he has them under control, afraid to move. And for now, that may be true, but soon enough things will change. At first one rat will jump off the floor onto the broomstick and charge right at him. The others will follow. It's a matter of when.
