And major work going on to fix a lot of sewer lines that are collapsing. No tanks on the road here. Regular traffic + time = wear and tear that has to be fixed. Can't imagine the damage really heavy vehicles on our roads would do.

There are places in D.C. where the presidential 'beast' is not allowed because it is so heavy and would damage streets, the underlying infrastructure like bucolic_frolic mentioned, and bridges.

And D.C. has to deal with costly unnecessary damages because a draft dodging felon can't muster a guest list that will show up for his birthday and wants to cos play the North Koran or Russian dictators? WTAF?

Just say NO! Just say HELL NO!
