All I could think of when the convicted sex offender/felon wore the kotex pad on his ear was in the early 1970s, during Lennon's "lost weekend." John was at a night club, and had a bit to drink. He went into the women's bathroom, and placed a kotex on his forehead, and walked around saying, "I'm a bloody asshole" before being kicked out.
