College deferments for those that could afford college. Trump’s father found a doctor who would write a letter to say Trump had bone spurs. There was a deferment for one child, so Dick Cheney’s wife had a child. They changed that to two children, so Dick Cheney’s wife had a second child.

So a disproportionate number of poor elites, blacks, and Hispanics got drafted.
