on all kinds of Grants here in Colorado and Denver......Huge normal grants........He has even said that basically when we start agreeing with him, he will free the money. The State and City of Denver are suffering serious budget problems because of it.
He loathes Colorado and Denver for standing up to him. The majority of Colorado is about as Blue as you can get.
Except Rural Colorado.....(think Bang Bang Boebert) and Colorado Springs which is bright RED....
