Go back to the original 1980 concept of sticking to the facts and no Barbies or Kens.
Dump opinion people who tell you how to feel. Dump any high salary hires which were obviously based on appearance instead of talent.
See chumps cabinet staff.

And dump Tapper. Send him to Fargo!
