whether or not he used a fuse or detonating device and got away, because he obviously didn't read the fine print on the signs.

I just hope they go through his life with a fine toothed comb, catching all the lice who supplied him with knowledge and materials (if not the bomb, itself) and propagandized his feeble brain to the point he had lost his humanity.
