Since he believes he was elected president from 2020-2024(+), and was "legally" sworn in this time, he may say that the two-term limit is no longer a limit.

He may also just fall back on his "you owe me one more term," but that would mean he could only (in his head) serve three, instead of infinity-plus-one. So for him, a less preferable [ir]rationale.
