have kids is that it's what the billionaires want. They want more workers so that there is competition for jobs and they can pay less, and they want these workers to fund the safety net. Billionaires throughout the world (South Korea, Japan, some European countries) as well as here are scared that they will be asked to contribute more in taxes if there are fewer people to support the aging population. Some are quite explicit about it.
