to issue a statement saying that anyone who cooperates or commits the following actions (detailed list) will face trial in the International Criminal Court as soon as Trump is gone. This will include persons serving in the current administration who by their actions have violated federal statutes, the Constitution, and international law.
Personally, I wish they would go further and form a shadow government and give the GOP a deadline to participate or be excluded from power until new elections can be held. Then this shadow government could correct some of the problems with the Constitution and shoot for state recognition and ratification.
But we don’t have leaders with that kind of grit yet.
