level of Medicaid cuts.

The cut that’s proposed is less than 10% of Medicaid budget. While I’m not suggesting this is right, feds could reduce their portion of cut to say 5% and states — assuming the voters are not descendants of Nazis or the Klan — could pick up an additional 5%.

Again, don’t want any cuts, would prefer universal healthcare, etc., but looking for a way to preserve as much coverage as possible if MFers continue down this road.

I assuming those cuts are going to impact a lot of children of parents who voted for trump. My experience is that most love their kids, infirmed parent/grandparents more than trump.
