4. I applaud them, but my POS Senator Rick Scott said Medicaid should be cut 'cause recipients "sit on their butt at home."

BTW, Rick Scott--net worth approximately $350 million, much of that from defrauding Medicare and Medicaid while CEO of Columbia/HCA private health-care corporation. Florida's, and the US, is stuck with him until 2031!!!
