19. #2 reason I didn't want kids

There was no way in hell I was going to do it alone. I’d seen peers with a kid or two, with exes who at best were no help and at worst made things 100% worse. I’d never met anyone that I would completely trust to stay around.

#1 reason was I just flat never wanted kids.
